Blackridge is an uncommon place that commands distinguished, extraordinary houses. The houses at Blackridge will follow architectural guidelines that will be presented in detail to ensure each home will embody the spirit of the place while also reflecting the owners’ individual preferences. Text, diagrams, illustrations, and photographs will be provided to reflect the overall vision for Blackridge and offer a broad range for your design. Other true American architectural styles, such as Folk Victorian, will be considered for merit and approval. The Blackridge Design Review Board has been established to review and approve each structure and reserves the right to administer architectural changes.
